I design and deliver practical workshops for companies and institutions that strengthen communication, well-being, and performance: stress management and burnout prevention, effective feedback, emotional regulation, leadership with psychological safety, and conflict resolution. I work with evidence-based methodologies (CBT-informed): micro-theory + guided practice + role-play + action plan, with deliverables applicable from day one. Flexible formats: 60–90 min talks, 1-hour workshops with dynamics and practical examples, or weekly programs with different themes, available in-person in Guanacaste/GAM and online.
