Individual Therapy
Individual therapy
Individual psychotherapy helps you know yourself better. In our sessions, we work on behavioral patterns, thought processes, communication, and interpersonal relationships. This space is useful when you need clarity about your values, direction in life, or when you are looking to relieve stress and resolve difficult emotional experiences or traumas.
Every person is different, so I adapt the therapeutic process to your individual needs and goals. We work with strategic objectives, and in each session we define practical deliverables or tasks that allow you to apply what you've learned in your daily life. Scientifically-backed techniques from approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and EMDR are used, within an environment of respect, freedom, and trust.
The therapist's role is to accompany you as an empathetic and professional guide, helping you understand what is happening to you and generate sustainable, measurable change.

Anxiety
Anxiety can present as a feeling of restlessness, fear, or nervousness, accompanied by sweating, muscle tension, agitation, or an increased heart rate.
It is a natural response of the body to situations of pressure or uncertainty, which at moderate levels can help us stay alert and focused. However, when it becomes constant or disproportionate to the circumstances, it can affect well-being and make it difficult to concentrate or rest.
